I am a certified OSHA trainer at the University of South Florida and other leading training centers with 25 years of solid experience in the construction industry and 17 years of expertise in managing safety and health programs, including high-rise projects. I have effectively trained hundreds of employees in safety regulations and policies, demonstrating my unwavering commitment to empowering construction workers with the knowledge of their rights and responsibilities while safeguarding employers' profitability. This confident approach led to the establishment of Safe Team Services CO in 2017.

As someone who deeply cares about the well-being of Latino workers and recognizing their significant presence in Florida's construction industry, I am motivated to take the initiative as a bilingual trainer. My goal is to train and empower this community, driven by empathy and a strong commitment to fostering a culture of safety and health in the workplace. I aim to impart essential safety habits and practices through engaging and easily understandable training sessions.
